Turkey with Apple Slices for 2

2 turkey breast tenderloins ( about 4 oz each)
1 tart apple, sliced
2 tbls maple syrup
1 tbls cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tbls butter

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey tenderloins  in butter over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Remove from heat, cover & keep warm.
  2. Using the same skillet, combine the syrup, vinegar, mustard and bouillon. Add the apples; cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until apple is tender.
