Where oh where are you tonight?

I am reminded of the HeeHaw television show where country music celebs sang this song< "Where oh where are you tonight? Why did you leave me here all alone? Thought I found true love..." It keeps playing over and over in my head. If you have followed the blog, you know that my daughter and her 17 month old son left. Each day that passes and it gets closer to the holidays I wonder where they are and what they are doing. I miss them. I want to see them now.

Where are you? Are you safe? Are you eating good? Are you having plenty of milk to go in your bottle? How much have you grown? What new words are you saying now?

Your grandpaw on your dad's side has not recovered from his operation that he had at the beginning of September. I wish he could see just one more time. His time is now limited to days and hours. He loves you a lot. His hospital room is decorated with lots of your pictures. He misses you. He loves you.

So do grandaddy and I.

Back from the trip

Labor Day weekend was fun. Being with my brother and his family is always a pleasure.
Left with Eileen to go back to Arkansas. Such a pretty state, nice roads but they don't have very modern speed limits.

I stayed almost two weeks. Came home to be with my family because my daughters' father-n-law had heart surgery and wasn't doing very well. Looks better today than what he had been looking. I keep praying for him. God listens but I pray that God's will is that he improves. Jason needs his grandfather. Both of them.
