I have been running like crazy everyday for nearly two weeks trying to get two back-to-back parties organized + a high school graduation. Relatives started arriving on a Thursday, Friday was a family graduation meal that a neighbor gave. I ran the tires off the car picking up last minute things and the graduation cake for the neighbor as she had worked the night shift on Thursday night and was trying to get in a few winks before everyone landed at her house.
Then turn around after the party was over and cleaned the dishes, packed away the left over food, and discovered that we had not cut the graduation cake. So we all decided to land back at the neighbors after graduation for cake and ice cream. I think it was around midnight by the time we went home and the family members went back to their hotels.
Saturday was not much better as it was the grandson's 1st birthday and his cake had to be picked up, more plastic tableware had to be purchased and stuffed japaleno's had to be made. Party was suppose to start around 11 or 12 but in reality it was 2 pm.
I am so tired that I can't remember what day, Saturday or Sunday I took my great nephew fishing. I do have pictures so I know I did go fishing. Goodnight.

Graduation of family and friends
Is the graduation exercise really for the graduate or is really for the parents who have sacrificed, scrimped financially so that their child can go to college and hurrah for us for we finally see the end of the tunnel of financial difficulty.
We attended the graduation exercise this past weekend for our best friend's daughter. We wanted to go. We didn't feel first hand the trials and tribulations that her mother went through, 4 years of college and upteen years more to become a Physician Assistant but in a way, we secondly handly went through the yea and ney's of the extra years of school. We rejoiced with yeas when each semester ended with a 4.0 average, whispered prayers as she traveled through out Texas for various rotations for her safety and wiped tears on the backs of our hands as her relationship with long time boyfriend headed down the tubes. So now, we party. Our hearts are filled with gladness as we have an insight as to what awaits us as our youngest daughter finished high school next week. Another graduation exercise to sit through, another dark tunnel to traverse through in college. But we know that there is light at the end of that tunnel.
Thanks Kylie, for making it thru pa school with honors. Thanks for the memories. Thanks for showing us that it is all worth it. Good luck in life, good luck in your personal travels.

Newsy News
Not much of anything happening around here yet everything is happening so I am way behind on writing, way, way behind on working on my 2YN novel. Even way behind on washing laundry. However, I have a new camera, a Canon Rebel XSI, and have taken a few pictures with it.
Got a letter from the high school in Saturday's mail. Seems out last child at home is in danger of not graduating the first of June. Not doing well in French. Everyone will kill her if she doesn't graduate (aunts, uncles, sister in Colorado, etc.)
Middle child had a serious car wreck and somehow that has translated into a problem for us and she doesn't even live with us but with her in-laws. We furnished the first car but not a second one. The wreck was her fault but it was a case of not noticing a approaching car.
My husband is the last one at work. Yea, he is the only one left except for a secretary who has not been there in about three months now. She went to a friend's kid birthday party at a roller rink. Fell and broke her leg in two places. Wow, that is something that would happen to me, as accident prone as I am. I don't think the secretary will be back for another two weeks. Not sure what she will do as she is not my husbands' secretary and her boss got moved.
My email is driving me crazy. I can get email, just can't send. Went to the computer store today and they thought they had fixed it. Got home and no cigar. Still can't send.
